How can I prevent reviews from sending to certain customers? We have certain customers that we do not want to send them to. Any help would be appreciated!!

I believe turning off job notifications on the job page does this - i've had a couple of situations the tech has called me and said do not send this customer a review request, so I turn off job notifications BEFORE the tech completes the jobs, and so far, that customer is not getting a review request. We also use tags like the other person recommended, we don't send review requests to commercial clients or recall jobs.

When you set up the surveys in reputation you can set up Job Type or Tag Type exclusions. We have it set up where any call backs, warranties, or difficult clients do not get surveys. It is very easy to do in the survey set up process and may want to have the proper tags and job type's set up before hand, Let me know if you have any questions.
