ServiceTitan Webconnector in Rightworks

Hello All,

I recently upgraded our Company's Quickbooks Desktop to the web hosting version through Rightworks. Everytime I try to connect the webconnector I get stuck on step 1 with the following error code:

Credentials validation failed. "Token validation failed"

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so what was the resolution that worked for you?

Rightworks has amazing customer service if you give them a call, they should be able to walk you through it.
