What is Reserve with Google Address City Incorrect >>> Stuck in Pending

Our address on our Google Business Page is one city, but Service Titan keeps resetting the city to the major metro instead of the client's Google Business Page address (and USPS) which is causing our integration to stay stuck in "pending" status. I reached out to support at ServiceTitan and they told me Google needs to change the address. Google mapped it out based on their location city of the lat & long coordinates and the USPS address for the business. What do I do now to get this outside of "pending" status and add the button to our Google Business Page? The rest of the address, business name, and phone number match.

This has been identified as a known issue for the Matching status not getting properly updated from "Pending" to "Active" that may occasionally occur. We are working on with Google on it - but other than the way the status looks you should be all set. We have verified that the Book Online link is active on Google, meaning Google Reserve is working.

You can find Book Online by searching for the business via Google, this also will not effect leads once customers start submitting them through the book online.

This has been identified as a known issue for the Matching status not getting properly updated from "Pending" to "Active" that may occasionally occur. We are working on with Google on it - but other than the way the status looks you should be all set. We have verified that the Book Online link is active on Google, meaning Google Reserve is working.

You can find Book Online by searching for the business via Google, this also will not effect leads once customers start submitting them through the book online.

I am having the same issue. We recently moved to a larger facility and it won't accept the new address. If anyone could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

When searching for you business via Google are you able to find the option to "Book Online?" If this is not showing please feel free to provide your business name so that I may look into this further.
