Feature request: Show 0-on-hand items in warehouse view

Hi all,

Hope this post finds you well! I wanted to offer an idea for a feature to see how many other users are interested. 

Our org makes heavy use of the Inventory tab > Inventory Locations > Warehouse > Specific warehouse data tables to keep track of our current inventory levels. Right now, if an item has an on-hand qty of 0, then it simply won't show up in that view. Sometimes, we have units on order that we would like to see, but they won't show up if there are 0 on-hand. 

In short, it would be better if the warehouse inventory levels table could be set to not filter out items with a 0-on-hand quantity.
