Help Using Recurring Count Feature for Inventory Counts

Hi, ServiceTitan community. I am attempting to create recurring inventory counts, but when I hit the create recurring count button, it does not show up in my pending inventory count tab. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I may be misusing this feature as well. Any information would be great!

This feature is currently in closed beta and it requires a configuration "Inventory Counts" to be enabled so that you can use it. You can contact the support helpline at (818) 877-4675  or initiate a chat/email so an agent can check this feature and enable it if applicable, or you can contact your success manager to get more information about the feature first and have this enabled.
