Hey team,
I'm running into a problem regarding serialized equipment and closing jobs. Our techs in the field are unable to close their current job due to a serialization issue. However, when we go into the job, the serial number is already attached to the equipment on the invoice. Even on the office side, we are unable to close the job until we remove the equipment and add it back on.
Has anyone run into a similar issue?

We are having this issue but the serial number line isn't active. on everything.
