Being allowed to change the appointment reminder to longer than a 24hr notice

We should be allowed to change the appointment reminder to like a 2 day notice instead of 24 hr notice. When we book calls in advance for like our Fall Maintenances customer will not remember to the T what day and time they have an appointment for. This way when the get the 2 day notice they have time to make adjustments in their schedule.
