Is there a way to send an email to customers with updates on a job that is not complete without doing it through the invoice? This is for constructions jobs that are not complete and the GC and our project managers are wanting to be updated on what the tech did the day before.
The best way to keep the customers updated on the job progress is by emailing from the invoice page. However, you can also go ahead and email them from the customer record page.
We create multiple estimates and would like to log a follow up with an email as well as a phone call right now we are emailing through a group email. It would be great if I wanted to email a customer again about an estimate that I be able to email from that job and have the response come back to the job. Or customer ordered parts and there is no invoice but I want to keep them updated how do you do that?
