Open Call Report?

How can I see all open calls that have not been "completed", I need to be able to see any calls sitting out there in ST either as "Open", "Scheduled", "Paused" etc. Using the options below the dispatch board is not showing prior days jobs unless you change to date of the entire Dispatch Board 1 day a time and go back and look. Is there a report that will pull this information? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @gamorosano -- you can use the "Jobs" template report to accomplish this, just add the column titled "status" and you'll get a list of all available job status options, such as: scheduled, in progress, on hold, canceled, or completed. Hope this helps!
