How come recurring services don't automatically generate more jobs when the year comes back around to their original monthly membership start date? I have to physically go in and add more visits for ALL my monthly membership customers.

I just spoke with my Maintenance Coordinator and she says that the Monthly Memberships will automatically populate every 6 months. The "Recurrence Type" is set to "Seasonal" which auto populates recurring services every 6 months.

Did you ever find a solution to this? We are currently running into the same issues. Thanks
