Non job events

i think it would be a great idea if we could control when the non-job events(blackouts) are visible to the techs. 

Sometimes they dont need to see what is there for 7 days in the future. they just need to know the day of. 

If it had an option on it to where it said make visible only day when its scheduled on. that would be so great!

Thank you, unfortunately i am looking for something that would allow it to stay on their tablets until they complete it or until we set a specific time to let it expire

It doesn't show to the tech if it doesn't have the "needs a timesheet" box checked. If that helps at all.
