Project Tracking

Does anybody have any workarounds or workflows to track projects status?

We're not an HVAC company or anything, we do projects such as building outdoor spaces like patios and water features. Some of these projects are 2 days and some are 4 weeks long, involving multiple sub contractors, ordering in custom products.

We use the project page and statuses, just curious if anybody has found a way to keep a closer eye on active projects, as we can have 5 projects going at once and 30 in the queue that we're building up to and it's a lot to keep up with having to click into each project to see details and I'm looking for a way to be able to get an overview of where all our projects are at with a quick glance so I can manage them and make calls and pivots as necessary.

Not opposed to integrations as long as they're seamless and don't require duplication of efforts.

If you have jobs assigned to the project you can tag those jobs.  It doesn't really get you where you need to go but will let you know when the jobs are booked or completed in the Project.

The construction dashboard should have what your looking for. If you don't have it in your list of dashboards try asking your CSM.

Could also customize the status' in a way that will make it easy to know where you are in the project or what stage. You can then auto generate reports daily that can show a quick over view.

You could always use tags and custom fields to help easily track things, and you can search those in the search field.
