Viewing pictures on active job

Recently my techs have been having an issue where they cannot view pictures uploaded previously to jobs until the job is closed. A ServiceTitan rep told us that is an intentional feature? Is this really the case? The pictures are much more valuable while the techs are onsite and become less valuable when the job is complete.

Hello @MattUHC,

Can you please navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Mobile and make sure that all Attachments have check marks. After please asks technicians to sync changes and see if the images appear.
