For the people that have Ads Optimizer turned on. Have you all found a work around for getting charged for existing customer "leads"? My hang up is that I was told they can not decifer between existing and New customers, therefore charging me for ALL leads and not just the ones that are new and the ads worked for. Does that make sense? Looking for some advice, pros? cons?

Thank you for being an active member within the ServiceTitan Community. At this time there is not a way to decipher between new and existing customers as each qualified lead is signaled back to google since they may turn into jobs that have revenue.

Please feel free to review what makes a qualified lead here View Ads Optimizer's Impact . If you want to focus on new customers it may be worth excluding these existing customers from seeing your search ads How Audience Import works
