Hi everyone-
If you are using the Angi Leads Integration (linked below), how are you recording the leads for follow up that are not booked as calls?

Hi @charringtonPSB -- I've seen companies create the customer in ServiceTitan and log a follow-up. This way we have all the info and can continue to follow-up on the lead and leave notes accordingly.
