We have customers with multiple equipment types and were aiming to target those customers in an attempt to "bundle" services in a campaign to them. The current resolution would be to create a tag for those customers, which will surely be a huge project for our group. Our core database for just one of these equipment types is over 30k customers, so there is just no realistic way to fudge this without having that option in the audience builder. Has anyone had a similar need and how did you solve it?

You may be able to ask your CSM to have the data team do a mass tagging on the backend! Not sure how quickly you are trying to get this done, but they should/would be able to do this for you!

Hi @AnnaMcKay ! Can you provide a specific example? Are you trying to target customers who have an air conditioner OR a heat pump, or, are your looking for people who have an air conditioner AND a UV Lamp? Let me know, I'm happy to help you build this out!

Our current example is customers with an RO AND a misting system. In this scenario we have x2 "and"s, but there are some audiences we are hoping to build that have up to 4 AND situations.

Could you have an inclusion group that has both types of equipment? That might be OR not AND... test it!
