I have recently reached out to my contact for Marketing Pro support regarding a feature that I know other companies are offering. If you have a call that is abandoned or missed for any reason, there is an autoresponder that sends a text message saying something like " This is (company name), we are sorry we missed your call, but your business is very important to us! How can we help you?" We have put in a request with ST product development but if anybody else thinks this would be useful, please respond to this to help gain visibility. We actually are doing this manually, but it would be much more efficient if it was automatic.
