I've had a customer request that we not send her ANY marketing texts or emails. What is the process for doing that? Thanks!!

I make sure to put in the notes in all caps and pin it so the note stays on top that the customer has opted out of all marketing text messages.

Same for me. I only have what Lorraine has. It would be great if we could stop the marketing from some accounts.

OH ummm 🤔, I don't see anything in permissions related to this. I'm assuming you have Marketing Pro..correct?

On the customer page hit the edit pencil and there is checkbox for "do not send promotional marketing emails" and when you hit edit contact methods, under the phone number click on notifications and uncheck "marketing updates".
