SMS to wider audiences

We would like to send an SMS message to an audience similar to the We Miss You Report, mainly to customers who haven't had a job completed in 18 months. Would love the ability to send mass texts/SMS instead of a very limited use for SMS.

Hi @Smith53 -- Right now we only offer the ability to send SMS for recurring services. SMS Marketing, which is what you are talking about, is on the horizon, but not something we are offering just yet. SMS Marketing is highly regulated so there are just a lot more issues our product teams have to work through so we can deliver this feature to you for this purpose. Thanks for your patience!
