So is there a way that my techs can view the equipment on a certain job when they are on call without booking the job completely. I have not found a way that they can look at the existing equipment without booking the entire call.
I saw something on the Masterminds group that they just go in as if they're going to book the call, which pulls up the account. Then they can look at whatever on the account and cancel out of the call without booking it.
