Auto populate a inspection form for to each piece of equipment in a commercial building

Hello, we are new to the community and are trying to find solutions to our commercial hvac quarterly maintenance services.  All of our locations  have multiple units and our tech need to inspect and report on each one. Ideally we would like to have form that auto populates to each piece of equipment and the tech can just tick off an inspection deficiency instead of  going in and out and duplicating the form a numerous numbers of times.  So we wonder what other commercial hvac companies are doing  for this task in their quarterly service program ?.

You might want to look into Service Agreements... I don't have them set up yet but might help you achieve that. Alternatively you can build out a form with conditional logic... ask the number of systems if the answer is 4 have 4 extra sections required to be filled out.
