Estimate created for a New Membership without linking to a job. HELP !!! Success manager says their is no way to do this inside of Service Titan. How can that be.

On the Location Page you can "Build an Estimate" there are no restrictions on what you can add (Memberships or any other Service/Equipment/Materials). This is a Config your CSM needs to activate for you, The config is called "Opportunities on Locations"

@dmorales If the membership is sold after the invoice has been completed and paid, the membership savings will apply to the invoice causing the Invoice Subtotal to be less than the payment amount. To overcome this you need to do a refund on the payment. If you're using the Automated Refunds Workflow (It's Recommended you do) Select the option "Overpayment or Duplicate Payment" Enter in the difference between the payment and subtotal. This will add a negative payment to the original Invoice and your invoice will balance.

We are having this problems when our techs are creating membership estimates and or sold after the job is completed. We are having accounting issues with invoices and payments not lining up because of it. There has to be a solution for Price book and something about memberships are not jobs. PLEASE. We need a solution. It is messing up our Quickbooks.
