I have noticed when we renew or sell a membership that comes with 2 visits (1 cooling & 1 heating) that ST only adds 1 of the visits. This means when we go to schedule the service that visit is not able to be selected in the recurring events section of the booking page. Does anyone know what's causing this and how to get them to show up?

It could be that your default dates for your recurring services fall outside of the renewed membership year. Try adjusting the recurring service date to a date within the set membership year. The missing recurring service event should then appear.

This is exactly how our memberships work and they're flowing along perfectly. It's likely a setting in your membership types. ESA is the term that's been used internally for 20-30 years, so I stuck with it, but obviously you can set up what works for you.
