Would be really beneficial to be able to undismiss a recurring service event. If one is mistakenly dismissed- the deferred revenue is realized. Making the deferred revenue forever inaccurate on that membership.

This is a very simple thing they need to update. As with every other status option in Service Titan.... Make this a drop down list that you must select.... Why set a system up to guess what status it thinks you want.

this is a big thing to be able to do especially when new people are just learning and they book on wrong job or dismiss wrong job its frustrating that we cant.

we usually just book a $0 job without linking to membership. agreed that being able to "undismiss" would be more accurate!

You can! Just log a new note and change the appointment date and it will undismiss.

Hi Jessica - Thanks for posting this. For some reason, this "hack" doesn't seem to work anymore. I am changing the "recurring service event date" when I log a new follow up. But the event still stays in "dismissed" status. Has something changed in the system or am I missing something?
