membership vs the new service agreement,

What's the difference between membership and the new service agreement, does it replace the old membership or can you tie them together

@kaltec We are using the memberships for residential clients. Service Agreements were designed for use with commercial contracts. 

What % of your clientele is residential vs commercial?
