Check out recurring services in Service Titan. There are a lot of articles in the knowledge base. This will allow you to set up a service that you want to repeat and you can on the specific customer record add the recurring services and the followup tab will remind you on scheduling them. Recurring Services are also commonly associated with memberships but dont have to be used with them.
