Tracking Memberships

New Contributor II

We are trying to send all of our customers a new Annual Service Letter. Basically it signs them up for our Annual Services which translates as a Membership in Service Titan. I am wondering if there is a way through Service Titan to track who has been sent and who has returned the letter.

You could add a note to the location or the customer &/or create and add a tag for those you contact... &/or even a tag for those that declined or didn't respond
