Adding parts to an invoice

I have a technician that created a job for an irrigation repair in the field.  When he goes to invoice and add irrigation materials it does not show any irrigation parts available.  If he creates the irrigation repair from the office then he can go to the field and create the invoice and add irrigation materials.  Any ideas?

Materials not in categories

Technician Permissions

If the material(s) are are tied to a different Business Unit than what the job is booked under. (this setting is in the individual material)

Additionally, check to see if your tech is assigned to a business unit and if that business unit is assigned to the pricebook category the tech needs to see.
