Is there a way to look up a custom or job number that is not already scheduled on the ST App as a technician

The only way to see this information would be if the technicians previously did work for that customer at some point in their history. Then they could view this from their history tab provided they have the permissions to see all of their history. I don't believe there is another way to look up customer or job information from the mobile app.
