Email Attachment Confusion

New to ST but we seem to be creating issues when techs email invoices with forms and estimates during recurring service visits.... Our clients don't seem to click into pdf attachments to understand the difference between estimates and actual invoices before getting frustrated. Does anyone have any recommendations or configurations I wasn't aware of that will clarify the file attached name? When you can't get a "key / code" non present client on the phone but still need to email everything we seem to be hitting a speed bump? Would be nice to have estimates distinguished as estimate#123 (insert estimate name), estimate#124 (insert estimate name), ect...

**Also on a $0.00 invoice it seems like there would be an option that excludes the "click the link below to make a payment" from the template. This has also generated some added work having to respond to these emails or having to call the client to clarify**

Agreed, if we could at least add "Estiamte".... to the file name for the PDF attachement. I have customers call in all the time thinking the estaimte was the invoice and confused about the amounts.
