Enhancement Request: Allow techs permission to personalize Emails form ST

It is frustrating that Mobile Users cannot edit the emails that they are sending so that the correspondence is tracked in ST.  Currently techs will email themselves and then forward the email.  this causes extra steps, the ability to forget, and the inability to track what was actually sent to the client in ST.  I propose a permission to allow the technicians to edit the body of emails being sent from mobile.
