How did everyone implement tablets to their techs? We're rolling out next week with tablets and was planning on doing a quick over view of how its going to work. How did you guys start and what issues were you running into when the techs were using them?

We created a "Test" customer first. Then had our techs come in to the office and walked through a number of common scenarios. That way we, in the office, could see what was happening on their mobile devices and show them where services & material's were located. And create estimates in real time.
