Has anyone else had issues with the Mobile App not syncing correctly with the desktop site? And if you have, how did you fix it?
We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, we made sure everyone is on the latest IOS, and we are still running into issues randomly. The issues have caused us to lose an invoice summary, technicians cant clock in/out or show they are still clocked in when we have screenshots from the tech showing they clocked out, technicians being dispatched to a different job than the one we dispatched them to (we also have screenshots showing this discrepancy).
We are desperate for a solution
