Problem with Mobile App

I can open the app and go through the tabs at the top, but if I open and view and job the system freezes, whether it's a part job or a current one. 

 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. I called tech support who said they'd get back to be, but I haven't heard anything yet. 

 

The app is not usable like this. What should I do?

Tech support emailed my tech today and said this issue has been resolved. We deleted and reinstalled the app and it seems to be working now! Give that a shot and see if it gets you back up!

Yes, It didn't work the first time, but I reinstalled the app a second time and the issue is resolved. Thanks

Had the same issue yesterday, synched, downloaded pricebook, reinstalled the app... still wouldnt work so I entered a support ticket. 

Tech Support told my tech the issue was his tablet was old and would no longer support ST. It worked fine the day before and there were no updates to my knowledge. Now we are scrambling to get him a newer tablet.
