Mobile install quote form white videos

Is anybody having trouble with videos uploaded in the install quote form being white. You can hear them but not see them?

Is there a way to create an estimate without the need to book, dispatch & arrive? For example, while at a client property, another prospective client comes over to tech and asks for a price... Should have a quick and east method of quoting.

How did everyone implement tablets to their techs? We're rolling out next week with tablets and was planning on doing a quick over view of how its going to work. How did you guys start and what issues were you running into when the techs were using them?

Is there a way to see if our technicians are using the swiper is being used or if it is manually swiped?

Can we add a second number to the service tech mobile number? Reason is: The technicians carry both a cell phone and a tablet. They may leave the tablet in the truck at times but they always carry their cell phone.
