please vote this up for techs to be able to create equipment AFTER closing the job....

Please go vote for this idea.  When techs get the pictures, but do not create the equipment on the job, the office has to do it.  Techs can get back to the job in their history, add notes, add pics.... but they cannot add equipment unless they are dispatched.
