Hello! We currently have our commercial on time and material and our residential on flat rate. We are trying to convert commercial to flat rate, but there are many questions at hand with this change. Has anyone had to go through this transition, or does anyone currently run commercial through flat rate?

Hi Ashley! There are a couple ways you can configure your setup: pricebook tasks OR Configurable payroll.

I have built pay profiles using CP and it is a great way to create pay rules and customize pay plans. Here's an article on Configurable Payroll: https://help.servicetitan.com/how-to/config-pay-overview
