How to add a technician to a job?

Was wondering how other companies are adding a helper to a job so the customer is charged for his time?  The helper moves around to different jobs but the customer needs to be charged for his time. 

Do we list him in the price book as an add-on?

Need advice and how other companies are handling this.

@lnorse5588 You can list as a add on or put a Gray box on the board with where he is going and what time he got there and left that may help. Now if he is on ST you can add him to the call and it will tell you when he arrived and when he leave that way you can keep track of his time.

I just have the helper clock into the job he is working on, and then charge the customers for his time.
