Gross Margin Report

We have techs and sales reps who are paid a bonus based on their gross margin % per month. Does anyone have any idea how we can run a report in ST to see gross margin per tech or reps? I have tried everything known and watched every video I can find but still can not figure it out. Thanks!

Are you using configurable payroll?

At this time we are not. I have been working with support on trying to get this set up. We went live in April and really have struggled with making adjustments and figuring out how to make it work for us. There was no real training in person due to Covid.

We created a report using the jobs template, group by "sold by" and include the "job gross margin %"
