Material List Form Alert

Right now I can get an emailed alert when a material list form is complete. The problem is this form alert happens whenever it gets filled out, which is fine, but I do not need the material list emailed when it is just a quote. I need it only emailed if it is a sold job. Is there a way to get the material list form emailed only when the job is sold? Thank you.

Unfortunately I do not know a way. I know some companies will not have their techs fill out a form like that until the job is sold. 

I would definitely put this in the ideas and I will vote for it 😊
