Hi @Whittaker - there are many ways you could potentially set this up. It depends greatly how you want to track this from an accounting standpoint. The most simple method would be to add a tag to the customer record which is removed once the credit is used, and set up a pricebook item discount for this purpose. This gives you a little more control on when the credit can be used. Also, you will be able to see on the customer record if they received the email since it's logged on their customer record.
