Hi community, I’m facing network issues with QuickBooks. After running the QuickBooks File Doctor, the test results indicate persistent connectivity problems, but I can’t pinpoint the exact cause. Has anyone encountered similar issues? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If QuickBooks File Doctor finds network issues, try these solutions:
Check Network Connection: Ensure all computers are connected to the network and can communicate with each other.
Verify Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Configure your firewall and antivirus to allow QuickBooks through. Temporarily disable them to test if they’re causing issues.
Update QuickBooks: Ensure QuickBooks and the QuickBooks Database Server Manager are up to date.
Check Network Settings: Ensure QuickBooks is properly configured for your network setup. Verify that the file location is accessible and permissions are set correctly.
Restart Network Devices: Reboot your router, switch, and any network hubs to refresh network connections.
Run QuickBooks Database Server Manager: Ensure the Database Server Manager is installed and configured on each computer accessing the company file.
Reconfigure Multi-User Setup: Verify and reconfigure your multi-user setup if necessary.
If issues persist, consult QuickBooks support for additional assistance.
