We run job costing for every install and report it to the management team/sales advisor. We run the aggregated job costing report weekly as well. I am looking for input from others...what do you use for best KPI's to get your gross profit percentage for both install and service techs? Any luck with custom dashboards to get visuals on these items?
Hi! I may be able to help with getting the visuals. Are you using Divisions to distinguish your install and service jobs? Are each of your techs assigned to only Sales OR Installs, or can a single technician generate revenue in both categories?
