Is there a report available that will allow me to export the information from the CSR Scorecard?

Hey! Based off of the information you are looking for, I would suggest looking at the "Call Center Performance by CSR" report. That has most of the same information that is found on the Dashboard. You can even edit the columns to show the other information you find on the Dashboard.
