Help with Master Pay File report template

Hi! Does anyone knows how to find Master Pay File report template to shows a breakdown of technicians’ gross pay, including timesheet details and performance pay activities? Thank you!

Hi @faribam1, thanks for your post!

You'll need to navigate to the Reports tab in ServiceTitan and search for Master Pay File in the search bar and run it. This report shows the breakdown of paid technician activities, along with the sum of the paid time for each activity and gross pay. Customer information is also included. Attaching a screenshot.
