How would I change the "This Week" range to Sunday-Saturday?

I am really trying to make the dashboard and reports show the normal work week for us.  Currently when I click on "This Week" on the dashboard, it goes from Monday to the following Sunday.  We really want it to show From Sunday to Saturday to get the full week in 1 report.  Is there a way I can modify how that functions so we can easily pull reports for our work week?
