Is there any way to create a report that lists all created services?

Looking to create a report that outlines all created services. The report would outline the frequency of service use by technician over a given period. The report should not be limited to services designated as recurring service. This would be a great tool to delete/remove unused (or rarely used) services, lower material and warehouse overhead costs by designated materials on unused (or rarely used) to non-stocking (special order) materials, etc.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

I believe the best is to run a custom report by navigating to Reports > Create Report > Technicians> Invoice Items by Technicians and select all columns you need (make sure to checkmark Item names, Created Date). Attaching a screenshot as well. Hope this is helpful.
