Pricebook Cost vs. Received Cost Comparison Report

Curious if anyone has built a report or combination of reports that easily compares the existing costs for materials and equipment in Pricebook to the last received costs for those items.

We have challenges with suppliers not communicating price increases and it can be difficult to get updated price lists.

We've done cost updates manually in the past by comparing last received cost from a Inventory Line Items report to costs in a Pricebook export, but I would love to automate reporting that flags an item that was received at a different cost than the Pricebook cost. Weekly would be ideal. This could also prompt conversations with our suppliers when the communication is lacking.

I can probably make a pivot table to get this information but if anyone has found another way to keep tabs on their cost updates.
