Revenue report using the "Technician Performance" template shows revenue-related metrics for technicians, such as Completed Revenue, Job Averages, Conversion Rates. Most metrics are based on income for completed jobs.
Sales report using the "Business Unit Performance" template shows sales metrics for business units, such as Total Sales, Close Rate and Sales Opps. Metrics are based on estimate sales.
