Hi All!
Does anyone know the best way to run a report for new opportunities only? Excluding jobs booked off sold estimates, recalls, warranties, etc. I need a report to reflect all new opportunities. I am finding that the report we are running keeps counting sold jobs that are scheduled in the future as a new opportunity again once the work is completed. So, they are counted as a new opp when the tech gives estimates on the original call and it's counting again as new opp when we return to do the work. I need those not to count .
